| How do I purchase a gift card? |

| Why is my shopping cart empty? |
| |
Occasionally, your shopping cart will appear empty after you add an item to the cart. In order to solve this problem, you must clear your cookies and/or your cache in your internet browser (please see detailed instructions below). If you continue to experience problems, please call 1-800-361-3336, and a customer service agent will be happy to assist you.
Internet Explorer:
1) On the Internet Explorer 6 Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options box should open to the General tab. 2) On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. This will delete all the files that are currently stored in your cache. 3) Click OK, and then click OK again.
Mozilla Firefox:
1) On the Firefox Tools menu, click Clear Private Data. 2) Check Cache and Cookies. Click Clear Private Data Now.
Safari:
1) From the Safari menu, click Empty Cache. 2) When asked "Are you sure you want to empty the cache?" click Empty.

| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

You only have to pay sales tax if you live in the state of Georgia (up to 8%), Pennsylvania (6%)*, Virginia (5%), and West Virginia (6%)*.
*For orders shipping to Pennsylvania and West Virginia, an estimated sales tax of up to 6% will be added to qualifying product purchases. Actual sales tax applied to your order will be listed in your order confirmation email.

| How do I redeem a coupon or promotion online? |

If you have a coupon code you would like to apply to your order, please place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and enter your promotion code in the Coupon Code text box below your shopping cart. |
| When will my backorder arrive? |
| |
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. |
