How can I exchange a product?
  Please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-361-3336 and a representative will assist you with your request.
When will I receive my refund?
  Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please let us know if you would prefer a gift card in place of a refund.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your billing statement.
