How do I check the status of my order?

We make it easy to check the status of your online or telephone order as early as 24 hours after it is placed. Click here to check your order status.

What are your shipping and processing charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated based on the total dollar value of your purchases. Simply add the items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order.

Some bulky items require shipping and handling surcharges. These surcharges are in addition to standard delivery charges and are listed in parentheses ($00) after the product price in the catalog or noted in the product description online.

For VIP Servive (2-3 Business days), please add $10 to standard shipping and processing charges.

For Overnight Delivery, please add $20 to standard shipping and processing charge.

Outside Contiguous U.S.

An additional $10 shipping charge will be added to orders shipping outside of the Contiguous U.S. This charge will not appear during checkout online, but will show on the final email order confirmation.
