Never in my 82 years have I been more satisfied with a "mail-order" product than your package opener. Many manufacturers package their products in such a way that it takes brute strength, and a slew of tools to open the package ranging from screwdrivers, metal cutters, and circular electric saws. Now with one handy little tool I can open the most difficult packages without an increase in blood pressure or verbal expressions of frustrations. Thank you for making this package opener available. My wife also thanks you.
