Easy to use, and used in 3 days in an emergency!	May 17, 2009

We gave this phone to my mother-in-law on Mother's Day. She wants to stay active, but has had health concerns that may require immediate attention. We selected it because she tends to be confused by all the bells and whistles on ordinary cell phones. (We've tried loaning her one of ours for her day trips.) She called and started the service herself, and we showed her the basics. Three days later, she was out hiking with friends (75 to 90!) when there was an accident. Thank goodness her injured friend is going to be okay, and thank goodness she had her Jitterbug to call!
